What happens if I get a ticket or tolls?

Should you incur any tickets or tolls during your rental period with Aretti, please be informed:
  • All tickets and toll fees are the client's responsibility 
  • Clients must directly pay any traffic or parking tickets received 
  • In the event or toll road usage, fees should be paid by client
  • Additional charges, such as towing and impound costs from violations, are also the client's responsibility 

Note: Please ensure to settle all charges and fees promptly to avoid any additional penalties.

Vehicles can be returned to our Sacramento location seven days a week. We recommend returning vehicles during our operating hours: 
  • Monday - Friday : 8am - 8pm
  • Saturday & Sunday : 8am - 6pm

Extra mile charges fluctuate based on the vehicle's style and make. All relevant charges are detailed alongside the rental price.

Each vehicle comes with a set number of free miles included in the daily rental fee, varying by vehicle model.

A deposit is required, which varies based on the rented vehicle type and your insurance coverage. A hold will be placed on your credit card for the duration of the rental, and it will be released upon the vehicle's problem-free return.
