1. Rental Agreement: This document, including any additional agreements you sign and documents we send you electronically, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Aretti LLC.

2. The Vehicle: You are renting the car described in the Rental Contract. This is a transfer of possession, not ownership.

3. Authorized Drivers: Only drivers approved by Aretti LLC are allowed to drive the vehicle. Additional drivers may incur extra charges.

4. Rental Period: You agree to return the vehicle on the date and time specified in the Rental Contract. Late returns may result in additional charges.

5. Return Conditions: The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was rented, barring normal wear and tear. Failure to do so may result in charges for damages.

6. Financial Responsibilities: You are responsible for all rental charges, additional fees, taxes, and any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period.

7. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. Conditions for a full refund include no new damage and the return of the vehicle with the same fuel level and cleanliness as when rented.

8. Use of Vehicle: The vehicle may only be used within the United States. Unauthorized use or driving outside geographical limits voids any insurance coverage.

9. Prohibited Uses: The vehicle may not be used for illegal purposes, towing, or subletting. Violation of these terms can result in additional charges and termination of the rental agreement.

10. Insurance and Waivers: Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is optional. Without LDW, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle.

11. Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental, or a refueling charge will apply.

12. Cancellation Policy: Once payment is made, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.

13. Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims within the jurisdiction of a small claims court.

14. Additional Options: Charges for optional services or products are not included in the rental rate and are subject to availability.

15. Modifications: This agreement can only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.By renting a vehicle from Aretti LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
